A new winter forecast issued by the AccuWeather team shows the Midwest and part of the Great Lakes could be in the bullseye for early winter storms and “multiple blasts of frigid air.” They are also talking about the timing for another possible Polar Vortex - a stretch of bitterly cold temperatures that tend to make fast work of freezing over big swaths of our Great Lakes.
