CINCINNATI —

A woman has died and a man has been arrested after a shooting in Winton Hills.

Cincinnati police say they responded to Kings Run Court around 10:45 p.m. Sunday and, upon arrival, found a woman with a gunshot wound. Advertisement

First responders attempted life-saving measures, but the woman ultimately was pronounced dead.

Police have identified the victim as Rachel Counts, 23.

CPD says a man, 23-year-old Omarion Horne, has been arrested and charged with murder.
