Scott Davison , president and CEO of OneAmerica Financial, will be presented with the 2025 Jim Morris Pathfinder Award. The recognition is scheduled for Nov. 13 at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis.

The Morris award recognizes people who, through sport, have made a commitment to improve the lives of others and inspire change.

Davison was co-chair of swimming's 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials, which took place at Lucas Oil Stadium .

A former collegiate swimmer at Middlebury College and longtime volunteer coach, Davison has been active in Indianapolis swimming for decades, playing a role at the 2004 World Championships.
