New Delhi: As the Election Commission of India (ECI) has announced the schedule for the Bihar Legislative Assembly elections, a recent opinion poll by IANS-Matrize News Communications has stirred the political landscape, projecting a commanding lead for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) with 49 per cent vote share and 150-160 seats in the 243-member assembly.
