A Saturday night crash on Highway 10 near Park City killed a 15-year-old Columbus boy and left two vehicles in flames.

A Chevy Silverado was driving west on the highway followed by a Ford F150. At some point, the Silverado, driven by a 69-year-old man from Fishtail, came to stop in the roadway, according to a Montana Highway Patrol news release.

The Ford truck, driven by the 15-year-old from Columbus, swerved to avoid the Silverado, clipping it and ending up in the eastbound lane traffic. Traveling east was a semi, driven by a 46-year-old woman from Clearwater, Florida. The Ford truck collided head on with the semi, killing the 15-year-old, MHP reported.
