Prime Video's adaptation of Wytches gets an encouraging update. It was announced in February 2023 that Prime Video was moving forward with an animated take on the acclaimed horror comic series Wytches , with creators Scott Snyder and Jock attached as executive producers. At the time, Snyder expressed his excitement for exploring the story in an episodic format.

Wytches centers on the 17-year-old Sailor Rooks. Her family moves to a remote New England town after a tragic accident. But it's soon discovered that monsters, specifically ancient creatures that prey on the darkest fears and desires of people, lurk beneath the surface.
