A Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl star has been punished by the NFL after an Allen Iverson gesture.

The star was hit with the fine after his unsportsmanlike conduct against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 4.

Cooper DeJean was fined $11.5k by the NFL after making a big play and taunting Rachaad White.

The Eagles' corner back made an open-field chop tackle on White before getting up and walking over his opponent.

This was reminiscent of the culturally significant moment when Iverson stepped over Tyronn Lue.

He said, "A lot of people stepped over me when they sacked me.
