WASHINGTON — Former NFL player and current Fox Sports analyst Mark Sanchez is facing several charges for his alleged role in a physical altercation in Indianapolis over the weekend.
Sanchez, who was stabbed and later hospitalized as a result of the alleged altercation, was charged with battery, unlawful entry to a motor vehicle and public intoxication, according to court documents. Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears announced Monday that they have filed a Level 5 felony charge against Sanchez. If convicted on that charge, the former New York Jets quarterback could face up to six years in prison.
