Schlosstein Doesn't Expect Shutdown to Cause Recession

Evercore Chairman Emeritus Ralph Schlosstein says the the risk of recession caused by this US government shutdown is "quite minor." But he thinks the shutdown might be longer than the last one. He speaks on "Bloomberg Markets."
