3 minor injuries reported after incident at Mont Belvieu industrial plant, city officials say

MONT BELVIEU, Texas (KTRK) -- At least three minor injuries were reported Monday morning in an incident at a plant in Mont Belvieu, according to officials.

The City of Mont Belvieu said the incident happened at about 11 a.m. at one of the industrial facilities near SH-146.

Officials said despite the incident, there was no immediate threat to the public, and all staff have been accounted for, with only three minor injuries.

The Mont Belvieu Fire Department and police department are assisting plan personnel at the scene.

SkyEye was over the scene as crews were seen spraying parts of the facility.
