LEH: The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, on Monday chaired a high-level meeting to review the current security situation in Leh and across Ladakh.

The Lt Governor observed that the Union Territory remains peaceful, with schools, offices, and markets operating normally. He directed officials to remain vigilant and continue focusing on maintaining peace, public safety, and facilitating overall development in the region.

The Lt Governor appreciated the cooperation of the local populace and commended the security forces for their dedicated efforts in ensuring stability. He emphasised the need for coordinated action to uphold law and order while promoting growth and prosperity in Ladakh.
