Jubilee Hills will be the first constituency in Telangana to feature colour photographs of candidates in the upcoming by-poll. The District Election Commissioner also discussed the Model Code of Conduct, new voter registration, and security arrangements for the election

Hyderabad: Jubilee Hills assembly constituency in Telangana will become the first constituency in the state to display colour photographs of candidates in the upcoming by-poll.

District Election Commissioner (DEO) of Hyderabad and GHMC Commissioner R V Karnan, on Monday, announced, “As per the ECI instructions, we will be using colour photographs of candidates in the Jubilee Hills assembly constituency by-poll scheduled for November 11.”

The DEO also stated that all the EVMs supplied by BHEL have been thoroughly checked
