CONCORD — New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi has reached an agreement to plead no contest to criminal solicitation by misusing her position to intervene in the state’s probe into her husband, longtime ports and harbors director Geno Marconi .

In a negotiated plea, Hantz Marconi, a Stratham resident, will pay a $1,200 fine for the single charge and will have six other criminal charges brought against her last fall dismissed, according to court records filed Monday, Oct. 6. Hantz Marconi will not face jail time.
