The Toronto Blue Jays are tinkering — ever so slightly — with success.

After a 13-7 thrashing of the New York Yankees in Game 2 of the ALDS, the Blue Jays will run back the same starting lineup with one exception.

Switch-hitting right fielder Anthony Santander will draw in for fellow outfielder Myles Straw as the Blue Jays go for the sweep on Tuesday at Yankee Stadium.

Toronto’s lineup is loaded with right-handed hitters for a matchup against left-handed Yankees starter Carlos Rodon.

For the season, Rodon allowed a .608 OPS and 17 home runs against right-handed opponents compared to a .542 OPS and just five home runs against lefties.
