JEFFERSONTOWN, Ky. —
A major road in Jeffersontown, Kentucky, had to be shut down Tuesday afternoon after the entire road collapsed.

Hearst affiliate WLKY’s NewsChopper got to the scene around 5 p.m. and saw the entire road collapsed.

Officials said the sinkhole was caused by flooding. They did not have an estimated time for the road to reopen.
