SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) - It seems like everywhere you go in Sioux Falls there's new development happening, and that's especially true in the northeast part of the town right now.

The Dawley Farm Village has been a leading force of growth for eastern Sioux Falls over the last 15 years, but there's still more to come in this development area. For example, dirt work has begun for a new breakfast, brunch and lunch spot called Over Easy -- it's a concept out of Arizona that the ownership group behind The Attic is bringing to town.

"Over Easy is a scratch-based concept. Everything is coming in fresh, we're hand-breading, we're frying, we're baking the biscuits, we are fresh-squeezing our own orange juice," Erica Richards, director of operations for The Attic Restaurant Group, said.
