BOSSIER CITY, La. — A one-day conference focused on the power of prayer is set to take place Saturday at Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier.

The event, part of the "Going Beyond – Live" series, will feature Christian speaker and actress Priscilla Shirer.

Worship will be led by Shirer's brother, singer-songwriter and author Anthony Evans. Known for his powerful voice and heartfelt messages, Evans is also using this platform to highlight a topic that hits close to home: emotional wellness.
