Voorhees High School senior forward Ella Ortiz , the all-time goals leader in Hunterdon County, scored the 103rd goal of her varsity career on Tuesday.

Ortiz also almost had goal No. 104 and 105 on Tuesday, but one of her shots hit the post and the other connected with the cross bar.

The senior forward finally broke through with 13:35 remaining in the second half to push the Vikings’ lead to three goals over visiting Delaware Valley .

“This is my first game back from (ankle) injury, so it’s going to take a little bit to get back into that groove. But once I do, hopefully I’ll sink those,” Ortiz said.
