Middletown volleyball is still perfect after a 3-0 sweep defeat of Central Dauphin East on Tuesday in Mid-Penn Conference Capital Division play at Harrisburg.
The Blue Raiders, now 12-0, haven’t dropped a set all season long. They are one of two undefeated teams remaining in District 3 Class 3A, along with Greencastle-Antrim.
Katie Wagner led the way on Tuesday with 11 kills, seven digs and an ace. Lena Jones also contributed 11 kills, three aces and a block while Gabby Harvey chipped in with 12 aces, five digs and a pair of assists.
Kenadee Hileman was the team leader in assists with 17; she also added six digs, four kills and an ace.
Middletown won the three sets by scores of 25-11, 26-24 and 25-17.
CD East drops to 2-12 with the loss, its seventh straight.
