The time has come again to vote for The Star Press East Central Indiana high school Athlete of the Week, brought to you by IU Health.

The reigning Athlete of the Week from Sept. 22-27 is Gabe Peters of Wapahani boys soccer. Peters scored a hat trick during Wapahani's 5-2 win over Blackford on Tuesday, Sept. 23. He logged an assist in the Raiders' 2-0 win over Liberty Christian on Thursday, Sept. 25, then scored a goal and assisted on the other in a 2-1 victory over Seton Catholic on Friday, Sept. 26. Peters received 8,755 out of 16,224 votes cast (53.96%).
