SACRAMENTO, Calif. —

The 4th annual Oak Park Black Film Festival kicks off today and runs all week at The Guild Theater on 35th Street in Sacramento.

The six-day event will spotlight African-American filmmakers. Daily passes are $20. There will be different moderators each day and an award ceremony on Sunday.

KCRA 3 news anchors Cecil Hannibal will moderate on Thursday and Brandi Cummings on Friday.
