Police body-cam footage shows the moment a 'extremely violent' girlfriend from Bury was arrested for stabbing her partner.

Leanne Melling, originally from Whitefield , was sentenced to five years in prison today (October 7) at Chester Crown Court after pleading guilty to grievous bodily harm with intent.

She was initially arrested for attempted murder in the early hours of January 19 this year, with the moment captured on bodycam shared by Cheshire Police.
