Amazon Web Services (AWS) has revealed the names of 40 startups chosen for the third cohort of its AWS Generative AI Accelerator (GAIA), an eight-week program aimed at scaling early-stage companies developing foundational generative AI technologies. The 2025 cohort includes startups from North America, Asia Pacific and Japan, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. The program will provide industry-specific mentoring and support for foundation model companies, infrastructure providers, and AI tooling innovators.
