NEW DELHI: Punjabi singer and actor Rajvir Jawanda, 35, died on Tuesday after battling for nearly 11 days following a serious road accident in Himachal Pradesh. The accident occurred on September 27 in the Baddi area while he was traveling to Shimla in Solan district, when he reportedly lost control of his motorcycle. He was immediately shifted to Fortis Hospital, Mohali, where he was placed on life support under the close supervision of the hospital’s critical care and neurosciences teams. The singer had sustained severe head and spine injuries and remained on ventilator support.
