Heavy Rain, Severe Thunderstorm To Hit Bhubaneswar This Afternoon; Orange Alert By IMD

Bhubaneswar: Severe thunderstorm coupled with heavy rain, lightning and gusty wind is likely to hit Khurda district, including Bhubaneswar city, on Wednesday afternoon, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in a nowcast warning.

Severe thunderstorm together with lightning, moderate to heavy rain and gusty surface wind is likely to occur at some places over the district in next two hours.
