WESTON − Marshfield Medical Center-Weston celebrated its 20th anniversary on Oct. 4.

Originally called Weston Regional Medical Center, the facility offered medical expertise in primary care and 20 specialties. It has grown significantly over the years, according to a community announcement, and now includes a 90-bed hospital with a 24/7 emergency department and labor and delivery unit. The center provides adult and pediatric primary care, access to more than 50 specialties, critical care transport, imaging and lab services, pharmacy, physical therapy and surgical services.

The center employs more than 925 people, including more than 120 physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
