There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in the latest drawing of the multi-state Mega Millions lottery, pushing the estimated jackpot for Friday’s drawing to $575 million.
There were three tickets sold with five numbers, but missing the Mega number. The one sold at a convenience store in La Crescenta is worth $241,628 while the one sold at a convenience store in Bakersfield is worth $302,035, the California Lottery announced.
The difference was because the one sold in Bakersfield had a multiplier of 5 while the one in La Crescenta had a multiplier of 4, according to the California Lottery.
The base prize amount for each ticket was $60,407, according to the California Lottery.
