LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- Police released new details of the crash that killed a Donegal School District student and injured another child.

Susquehanna Regional Police on Wednesday said the crash happened around 2 a.m. in the 1800 block of Landis Road in East Donegal Township.

Joseph Williams, 17, of Marietta, was identified by the Lancaster County Coroner's Office on Monday as the person who was killed in the crash.

According to police, Williams was with another boy in a vehicle that was traveling on Landis Road towards Greider Road when it left the roadway and went through a corn field.

Williams was thrown from the vehicle when it rolled. Police said he was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. T
