Second lawsuit filed against state over SB 180

A second lawsuit has been filed against state officials regarding SB 180.  1000 Friends of Florida, a not-for-profit advocacy group, along with Orange County resident Rachel Hildebrand, filed the suit Oct. 7 in the Leon County Circuit Court. On Sept. 29, 25 localities, including Deltona and Edgewater, filed a similar suit.
