Why Tetairoa McMillan will break out in fantasy Week 6 vs. Cowboys

By no means has Tetairoa McMillan been bad, but fantasy managers are certainly disappointed he has not truly had a breakout game thus far.

Despite being targeted 43 times, which is tied for the 9th most among all NFL players, McMillan is just the WR29 overall for fantasy football .
