Celebrity Traitors viewers said they ‘can’t believe it’ just moments into the BBC series’ premiere on Wednesday night (October 8) after a Claudia Winkleman twist.

Following the third series of the public version of the series in January this year, fans have been waiting months for new episodes of the programme.

Initially announced in August last year, viewers have spent the last year trying to guess who would take on the series.

Kicking off the first of nine episodes, Claudia welcomed 19 famous faces from all walks of life to the Scottish Highlands.
