HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - Authorities are releasing new information after a man and woman were found dead on Manor Street on Monday.

What we know:

According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the victims have been identified as 28-year-old Nelson Alatorre and 36-year-old Karle Alatorre, who are siblings.

Officials said the alleged suspect in the case has been identified as 31-year-old Victor Banegas-Solorzano, the husband of Karle and brother-in-law to Nelson.

Gonzalez said the couple had an 8-year-old child together. Child Protective Services is assisting and will coordinate with family members.
