Unlike Pride Rock, hundreds of animals might not gather at the Denver Zoo to witness the debut of a young African lion cub, but hundreds of people might gather to witness the public debut of four young African lion cubs at the Denver Zoo.
On Thursday, the Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance is going to bring out some of its newest family members, four lion cubs, one male and three females, into the eyes of zoo visitors for the first time.
The cubs will romp around in Pahali Ya Mwana, which is on the east side of Predator Ridge.
This will be the first time the public sees them, but they have been growing behind the scenes for nearly two months. Mom, Araali, and Dad, Usiku, welcomed the cubs into their lives on Aug. 13, after a 115-day pregnan
