PORTLAND, Maine — Gabi Michaud is the Senior Production Manager, who oversees Rosemont Market & Bakery ’s pastry and kitchen teams, a significant task for a business with six locations around southern Maine. She joined us in the 207 kitchen to share their recipe for pumpkin bread.

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground ginger

¼ teaspoon ground cloves

2 small eggs

1 ½ cups sugar

¼ cup oil

1 ¼ cups pumpkin puree

Process:

Measure out the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cloves into a bowl. Whisk ingredients together, set aside. This is your dry mix.
