Despite the closure of two other No Name stores in Ontario, barely a year after Loblaw launched the pared-down grocery concept, Brockville’s store is not closing, the company assures.
In an email to The Recorder and Times, a Loblaw spokesperson said that, despite the recent closure of the St. Catharines No Name store, and the impending closure of the No Name store in LaSalle, the Brockville site will remain open, at least for now.

“Our Brockville no name store remains open, and we’re continuing to learn and evaluate,” the spokesperson said.
The slimmed-down grocery store at the 1000 Islands Mall opened in October 2024 .
No changes are planned to the store’s format or staffing complement, the company said.
