MANCHESTER, N.H. —
New Hampshire Port Authority Director Geno Marconi's trial is going forward as originally scheduled.
On Wednesday, a judge issued an order going back to the November date after previously moving it to February to await the plea of Marconi's wife, New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi.
Hantz Marconi entered a no-contest plea Tuesday to a misdemeanor charge of criminal solicitation for misusing her position in an attempt to influence her husband's criminal case.

Marconi is accused of providing confidential motor vehicle records to another person and deleting at least one voicemail related to the investigation.
