Three men were accused of overnight construction site burglaries in San Francisco, the police department said Wednesday.
San Francisco police said they began a criminal investigation in mid-September after becoming aware of suspected residential burglars providing suspected stolen property to a suspected fence, who police described as a person who buys stolen property, following a residential construction site burglary.
On Oct. 3, police said they conducted surveillance on the suspects, identified as 49-year-old Oswaldo Antonio Fuentes, 45-year-old Daniel Gonzalez and 64-year-old Mario Randolfo Pazoz-Cruz, and observed them switching license plates on a vehicle used to commit burglaries throughout the city.
