TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - A Pima County Grand Jury has issued felony riot charges following a protest at an ICE facility in Tucson on June 11.
Joe Michael Quarnberg and Kevin Silary were indicted in connection with the high-profile protest. The charges mark a critical development in the case as it moves forward in the judicial process.
Pima County Attorney Laura Conover responded to the decision with a statement saying:
