VICTORIA, TX – A Cambodian national accused of fatally shooting a woman in Victoria has been captured following a multi-agency manhunt and is now facing a federal weapons charge , according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas .

Authorities say Savin Seng , 41, also known by the nickname “Two-Face,” was taken into custody less than a mile from the scene of the October 3 shooting in the Telferner community outside Victoria.

Seng, who federal officials say entered the United States illegally as a child and never held lawful status, is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a prohibited person .
