Defence Minister Richard Marles welcomed his Indian counterpart Shri Rajnath Singh to Parliament House in Canberra on Thursday.

It was the first visit by an Indian defence minister to Australia in 12 years and the pair's second meeting of 2025 after Mr Marles travelled to New Delhi in June.
