(NYSE: DBI) (the "Company," "we," "us," "our," and "Designer Brands"), today announced that Jared Poff has decided to resign as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer to pursue a new professional opportunity, effective October 31, 2025. Mark Haley, the Company's Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, has been named Interim Principal Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2025.
