Srinagar: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National General Secretary and J&K in-charge, Tarun Chugh on Thursday slammed Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, stating that despite completing one year in office, his government has “failed” to fulfil even a single promise made to the people.
Tarun Chugh, said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir demand accountability from the government, as none of the commitments made during the elections have been honoured.
He said that one year has come to an end and the people of Jammu and Kashmir ask for a count. “His work time is already 20% over, yet not a single promise has been fulfilled,” he said.
