Karin Housley (R-Stillwater) met with Brainerd Mayor Dave Badeaux and city staff to learn about needed upgrades to the city’s water treatment facility and the desire for a pedestrian bridge over Highway 210 and a connection to the Cuyuna Lakes State Trail.

The water treatment plant serves not only the roughly 14,000 residents
