More than 200 licensed Mexican restaurants, with the Washington State Mexican Restaurant Fair Play Coalition, have asked city and state officials to address illegal taco stands operating across the state.

The coalition has filed formal complaints with evidence of more than 50 unlicensed taco stands operating without King County Health permits in Seattle, Burien, Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Tacoma, and the Tri-Cities, according to KOMO News .
