The "friendliest cities" in Scotland have been named. Topping the list is a bustling city with a "reputation for knowing how to party". ‌

On Tuesday, October 7, Condé Nast Traveller published a roundup of the most friendly cities in the UK. The list, which was voted on by the magazine's readers, features three Scottish cities. ‌

Coming in at number one on the overall list is Glasgow . The city received a score of 97 out of 100, based on overall average levels of satisfaction. ‌

Condé Nast Traveller described Glasgow as "the crème de la crème of the nation’s heartfelt hospitality", and singled out the city's friendly residents. The magazine also noted Glasgow's nightlife, praising its pubs , cocktails bars, and music venues.
