HOUSTON (CW39) — The Houston Division of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Robert Cooper III. He's the fugitive wanted in connection with multiple mail theft cases that happened in Houston and Harris County.

The Houston Division of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service officials with the said Cooper, described him as a white male, now wanted on an active first-degree felony warrant. Investigators said that he had around 1,000 pieces of stolen mail, which included personal identifiable information, credit and debit cards, checks, and counterfeit postal arrow keys.

Anyone with information on Cooper’s whereabouts is urged to contact the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
