The Cleveland Browns’ offense has had significant struggles in 2025 for a mix of reasons, including poor quarterback play and a struggling offensive line. The pass catchers have also had underwhelming performances this season and have greatly contributed to why the Browns have not been able to score more than 17 points in a single game this season.

That raises an important question: what would it take to raise Cleveland’s offensive ceiling? Would a true WR1 actually make a difference, or are there too many other problems with the offense that are too deep for one player to solve?
