So far this battle for ballots has been a pillow fight.

Now we’re looking for the knockout punch, something to wake up the slumbering suburbs of … it really is a ridiculous name … Blue Sky City.

We get numbers.

It is not a good day. There is something very, very wrong with this Calgary city hall campaign.

Three days of voting in the advance polls and the numbers of those turning out to cast a ballot are bad.

Worse than the last election when the voter turnout was bad, less than half of eligible voters bothering to get up off the couch.
