(NewsNation) —Sean “Diddy” Combs will forfeit cellphones, hard drives and camcorder footage labeled “Ibiza Tapes” to federal authorities as part of his conviction on prostitution-related charges.
In a court filing Wednesday, federal prosecutors listed more than 90 items belonging to Combs they intend to seize or keep in federal custody. U.S. Customs and Border Protection will hold the items in “its secure custody and control,” according to the filing.
In addition to multiple sets of devices — such as iPads, iPhones and thumb drives — the government will also keep $9,000 that was seized when Combs was arrested at the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan in 2024, the filing states.
