LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A new Chick-fil-A in north Lincoln announced its opening date on Thursday.

The new restaurant — located on 27th Street between Folkways Boulevard and Fletcher Avenue — will open its doors on Oct. 16 at 6:30 a.m.

According to the fast food joint, this location will serve customers Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

They will offer dine-in, drive-thru, carry out, third-party delivery, mobile pick-up and Mobile Thru . This location will also feature a playground for children.

On opening day, the restaurant also announced a “Cows Eat Free” offer that invites guests of all ages to dress in spotted cow attire to redeem one free entrée or kids meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
